Product Submission

The Boys Depot is always on the lookout for new artists and designers. To share your work with us, please send us an email with as much information as possible about you and your work, including high res images of your designs and pricing. We do not require physical samples of your work, but it is helpful to see the product in person. Please email us your submissions.  Please send physical non-returnable product samples to the following address. At The Boys Depot, we try very hard to adhere to our manufacturers' recommended prices. Many of our designers strictly enforce their pricing policies, and as such, we do our best to adhere to these guidelines. To guarantee your experience with us is particularly pleasant, we will match another website's price on an item that is offered at a cost lower than what we are advertising - this even includes free shipping offers!   To take advantage of this offer:  Simply contact us with a link to the product you found advertised at a lower price. From there, we will email you a discount code to match the competitor's price. It's that simple! Consider it our way of saying, "Thank you!" for shopping with The Boys Depot!     Please note:   We cannot price match items found on ebay, amazon, the manufacturers own website or etsy.

Backorder Policy

Occasionally, due to high demand, some of our products may be backordered for a period of time. In the case of a backorder, you will be right away of the expected ship date of that item. All backorders will ship promptly unless the order has been cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

The Boys Depot strives to provide our customers with the highest quality boys bedding and décor along with an unparalleled shopping experience.  However, if you are for any reason unsatisfied with your purchase please let us know.  Some exceptions may apply such as some furniture items and all custom made to order items.  

We take this policy very seriously to protect our customers. Please read before you place your order.
Items may be returned or exchanged by following these steps.   You have 14 days from the time you receive your package to:     

  • Request a refund
  • Notify us of missing or damaged items
  • Request an exchange
  • Obtain the RMA# using our Refund Request form

You MUST obtain Return Authorization in order to be considered for a refund. RMA numbers are good for 14 days, after which they expire. If we receive your package after the 14-day RMA expiration, we will process your refund minus a 10% - 20% restocking fee on some items (usually larger items such as some bedding and furniture).

Approved refunds will be processed minus our original shipping charges. For example, if your order qualifies for free shipping and you were not billed for shipping on your original invoice. Then if you returned the order, you would be credited the total, less the postage The Boys Depot paid to get the item(s) to you.   Some larger items such as furniture and bedding may be subject to a 10% - 20% restocking fee.  

You as the customer pays for return shipping costs.

If you cancel part of your order and the original order totalled over $99 and was therefore eligible for our free shipping promotion - your new order would be treated like a new order and adjusted to include the cost of shipping if it would be under $99.   

Returns will only be accepted if they are in original condition and in original packaging. There are NO returns on custom bedding. There are NO returns on personalized, made to order items, mattresses, or cut yardage.

If your return meets any the following criteria it may be refused by our warehouse and shipped back to you at your expense. If the discrepancy is not discovered until after we have inspected the items you may either be charged a packaging fee or it may be returned to you with no refund being issued. No refund will be processed if:

Delivered to The Boys Depot after the 14-day window
Missing RMA number
Missing its original packaging

PLEASE NOTE: Occasionally we drop ship orders directly from our supplier or workroom. The return address on your shipment MAY NOT say The Boys Depot. Please check all shipments you receive to make sure that they are not what you ordered prior to refusing.    Please do not ship/return your order to the sender's address on the package without first consulting with The Boys Depot - we must authorize all returns.    We reserve the right to refuse a refund that is not first authorized.   All returns must be dealt with The Boys Depot directly.

All sale items are final sale.

Cancelling Your Order

If you decide to cancel your order, please do so within the first 24 hours of placing your order to insure it is not already in the process of being shipped - or if your order is a personalized / made to order item - to insure that it has not already began production. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy above.

In order to cancel an order, please send us an email requesting cancellation.

Our Policy on Furniture and Custom Made Items

The Boys Depot offers many furniture pieces, personalized items and decorative accessories that are custom made especially for you. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on these items, as they are custom made to your specifications. If you wish to cancel an order for furniture or a custom made item such as wall decals, you may do so within 1 day of the placement of the order. On the second day, your order will go into production. If you have any questions regarding our policy on furniture or custom made items, please do not hesitate to call us at 1-877-744-7833.    

Custom orders are not refundable, and, all sales on custom orders are final.  Items which are considered non-refundable include:

Made to order crib bedding: This includes bedding that is made upon receipt of your order as well as bedding that has been customized per your specifications.  In general, most of our crib bedding collections are not refundable, and as such, we highly suggest requesting a fabric sample of the crib bedding set(s) which interest you prior to placing your order to ensure we meet your expectations.

Made to order furniture: Our custom furnishings, including Newport Cottages and Relics Furniture, are handpainted according to your color specifiations and are non-refundable.  If you are unsure of your color selection(s) please email us for a paint chip and we will gladly send you one prior to your purchase.

Any personalized items:  Any item which has been personalized with a name, message, colors etc. is not eligible for a refund.  This includes wall decals.

Handpainted decor: All of our handpainted wall art and decorative accessories are non-refundable.  These items are made upon receipt of your order and often according to your specifications, and therefore, are not eligible for a refund.

Monogrammed rugs/Rugs designed according to your color specifications: Our monogrammed rugs and rugs that have been designed according to your color specifications are non-refundable.  Samples of our rugs are available for you to review to ensure your satisfaction with the color(s) you are selecting for your rug design.

Lighting/Lamp shades that are made upon receipt of your order: Almost all of our children's lighting, lamp shades, night lights, etc., are custom made upon receipt of your order and are not eligible for a refund.  We are happy to provide fabric samples of lamp shades you are considering to make sure you are satisfied with your color(s) selection, and, we will try to email you more images of our children's lighting upon request prior to making your purchase.

Infant/Toddler carseat covers: Our infant and toddler carseat covers are custom made upon receipt of your order, and, they are designed to fit the carseat model specified at the time of checkout.  As such, all sales on our carseat covers are non-refundable.

Children's Personalized Clothing: Some of our children's clothing items are custom made upon receipt of your order per your specifications such as child's name, etc., and are not refundable.

Please note that these items may take 3 weeks before they are shipped to your address.  

Payment Options

We accept credit card payments from Visa, American Express & MasterCard. We also accept PayPal and wire transfers.   Payments by Discover as well as debit can be made using Paypal.   You do not need an account with Paypal to use it.   

Terms and Conditions

It is our top priority to choose products that are not only beautiful but also safe for your children. The Boys Depot carries only high quality and well-crafted products. We cannot, however, be held liable for any accidents resulting in personal injury that involve any products sold on Prices, availability and estimated delivery times are subject to change at any time. All sale items are final sale. The Boys Depot strives to provide accurate product and pricing information to our customers at all times. However, errors do occur on rare occasions, in which case we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and cancel any affected orders. If a credit card charge had been processed, a refund would be issued immediately. Orders Online Orders placed on are completely secure and our customer information is kept private. All credit card and personal information provided to us is transmitted securely using the industry standard SSL encryption.

Fabric Swatches and Color Samples for Custom Orders

If you wish to look at fabric swatches or color/finish samples in order to assist you in making your product choices, we will gladly supply them. In order to process your request, a credit card number is required, although no charge will be incurred if the samples are returned within 4 weeks. Due to the high demand for swatch samples, a $20 charge will be incurred for each unreturned swatch set. All furniture samples (wood and metal) must be returned to The Boys Depot. If you place a bedding order with us, you may keep the corresponding fabric sample, to help with further decorating. You may contact customer care to place your swatch order, you may order directly online by sending us an email - subject: Swatch Request.
