Shipping to Canada:

We love our Canadian customers!   Although the free shipping offer is only applicable to orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States, we do strive to give our Canadian customers as reasonable shipping cost as possible - If you would like to purchase goods for Canadian delivery:

• Please contact us prior to making your purchase so we may provide an accurate shipping estimate 

- OR -

• you may purchase your item(s)and we will contact you via email to inform you if additonal charges are required to ship to your destination and request approval before processing your order.    At check out the shopping cart will charge you $0 shipping until we contact you with your shipping quote.   We find this method much more accurate then the shopping carts automated calculations where many times you would end up paying much more.   This way we can give you a completely accurte quote.

You are responsible for any and/or all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping your order to Canada, should they be assessed.. Please remember your order may take upto 6 days to pass through Canadian customs.  We cannot be held responsible for unexpected longer shipping times as a result. 

You may email us for a shipping quote to your Canadian destination. Please tell us which item(s) you are interested in purchasing along with your address and we will get back to you within 24 hours with a quote. CONTACT THE ORDER DESK FOR A SHIPPING QUOTE.  

All orders are shipped from the USA.    Not all items on our website are available to be shipped to Canada, but most are.   We will contact you if the item you have chosen cannot be shipped to you in Canada.   Please see a list below of Brands which cannot ship to Canada.

Shipping To Hawaii, AFO/FPO, Puerto Rico & Internationally:

International orders and shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, AFO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and other international countries will incur higher charges than stated.   When an order is placed for shipment outside the 48 contiguous states, we will contact you via email if the actual shipping fee. Your approval is required before the order is processed. At this time we are unable to arrange for freight shipments of large furniture items outside of the 48 contiguous states. Any applicable duties or taxes imposed by the international destination country will be billed to the recipient directly, and is his or her responsibility. The Boys Depot does not collect money on anyone’s behalf for taxes or duties.
